I. Product Introduction:
The ZP type automatic air vent is a small-sized air vent product. Its series includes models such as ZP88, ZP-I, ZP-II, and ZP-III. It is mainly used in industrial projects (heating systems, cold water systems, air conditioning systems), installed in pipelines with water as the medium, serving as a device to quickly exhaust gas from the pipeline. This improves the efficiency of water supply equipment and protects the pipeline from accidents such as deformation and rupture, making it one of the commonly used products. It can eliminate gas in the pipeline, reduce resistance, and save energy. When the pipeline is under negative pressure, this product can quickly and automatically inhale air to prevent the pipeline from rupturing.

1. The product has a novel design and unique structure. It is equipped with a one-way automatic closing device for easy maintenance, and the upper exhaust port adopts an independent closing structure.

IV. Installation:
When installing the ZP automatic air vent, if it is installed vertically, it should be placed at the highest point of the project; if installed horizontally, it should be installed at the farthest end. After installing this series of products, the internal screw needs to be loosened to ensure smooth exhaust. If the product has accidents such as air leakage, water leakage, or impurity blockage during project operation, the valve should be cleaned in a timely manner, and then reinstalled to resume normal operation.
